Lovecraft
So at the tail end of 2014 I became a lifetime member of the HP Lovecraft Historical Society and so to celebrate I decided that I wanted to write something particularly Lovecraftian.
I've got a friend lives in a nice house on a lake and the setting whilst beautiful has the kind of isolated remoteness found in Lovecraft's work and it just lent itself perfectly to this kind of tale, so it's set there. He's probably going to be pissed about that.
